SEND Celebration Event

The aim of these events is to shine a well-deserved spotlight on our children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This includes;

  • their families
  • services
  • schools and settings

Anyone that makes a difference to the lived experiences of our children and young people and their families.

A series of webinars will also be produced and shared by a wide range of SEND services and providers to share information valuable to parents and carers as well as children and young people. To see these webinars visit the dedicated SEND Celebration Webinar webpage

Take a look at the video below where Cath McEvoy-Carr introduces the SEND Celebration Events. The events are included in the table of events. Use the links to click through to each event page for more detail. You can also see all SEND celebration events on a map.

For the month of June, the Civic Centre Arches reception will host Art at the Heart Exhibition. For more information and to see how you can get involved, please visit our Art at the Heart Exhibition webpage.
